  1. The currency in Rin is known as a 'dillie', and is also used in both Sarnath and Arineau. It is divided into copper, silver and gold dillies, with 10 coppers equaling a silver and 10 silvers equaling a gold. Most of the coins are minted in the Great Forge in Arineau, although there is also a smaller, lesser-known forge in Ortague that provided for much of Rin.
  2. Copper dillies are printed with an image of a castle on one side and a rook on the other, while silver dillies have an image of a great helm on one side and two crossed swords on the other. Golden coins have a rampant alicorn on one side (its details usually changing to suit the current monarch) with the Ten-Headed Serpent on the other. These coins are colloquially known as 'keeps', 'lords' and 'snakes', respectively.
