VIII. How do we handle the personal information under a Live Chat?

SNOServers collects personal information about and from individuals who start a Live Chat. The information we collect includes the users;

- IP (Internet Protocol);
- Browser and Browser Version;
- Country; and
- Site Navigation;

Under your first time using the Live Chat, you'll be asked to write your name, which will be stored and used for any future live chat.

Live Chats will be logged and stored on our servers and can be accessed by our Support Team. If wished so, the log may be erased by request through a ticket or directly through E-mail.


IX. What information do we require on signup?

To create an account with SNOServers, we require various information, including;
