I think someone needs a bath....with giant bubbles and tiny toads. Maybe your new friend wants to go swimming too huh?" [/color] He jerks his thumb at Rhuk,

Looks towards Shroom when he feels an elbow in his side. [color=red]"What did you forget she was [i]friends[/i] with him bro?"[/color] he lofts a brow with a grin at him. Shaking his head he turns towards the group and reaches up to ruffle Kayels hair in what could only be termed as an affectionate way. [sub]NOT THAT HE WILL ADMIT IT![/sub]

[color=red]"And what are we gonna tell the Boss huh? Ohhhh [b]that[/b]."[/color] He says once he gets it, now that would be a juicy tidbit wouldnt it? [color=red]"Kekekekeke!"[/color] he couldnt help the laughter that bubbled from him and even spun around with Kayel, hefting her into the air so that she might squeal or laugh before bringing her back down against him. But then those red eyes look back to Rhuk. [color=red]"So whatcha think Squirt, family stuff is he?"[/color] his eyes turned back to the little girl in his arms. She was an odd thing, that girl, and it made him feel odd. She was chaos and fighting with a laugh and full of trouble all rolled into one. Really the perfect kinda demon child even though she was Saiyan.

As ki was brought up, the small girl went on to inform about what she.. barely understood, but knew of in words over function. "Ki is the word that is for the life energies that lets people do stuffs like make blasts and fly and all kinds of stuffs by thinkin' both really super hard and sometimes not at all. ..I is not good at it but.. but I know what it means and likes to watches people do the fights! And one day I will does the protects!" That hyper energy about her excitement dwindled some as Shroom brought up her little issue in Conton City. of course, she wasn't aware of what [sub]ACTUALLY HAPPENED[/sub]... but she didn't have to be for how it affected her. Kayel curled into Salsa, tucking her face into his coat and shutting her eyes tight. It only lasted a moment though before she peeked up to Salsa, nodding. "Swimmin' sounds fun!! I likes the bubbles and the toads!" Spun about, an ever high-pitched squeal escaped her as she tilted her head upwards and basked in the moment, laughing bright. Although.. the question of family came up.. "I think Rhuk is maybe a friend... Maybe.. I wanna know him mores.. I.. I dunno 'bout more family.. I didn't pick good parents and.. and I dunno.."

That red gem of her armlet gained a few more cracks to its already fragile shell.

[2019-05-14 22:53] *[user]Conqueror Iskander[/user] stretched out as he slowly woke up, having slept in the garden once again. He stretched out across the dirt, before going about his morning ritual. The fox grabbed a set of sticks and set them up in a small tee-pee, before using his flint to ignite wood shavings he placed under it. As the fire started and began to burn, he filled a pot with water and carefully placed his tea and herb filled linen bag into it. He set it down, using it to push the burning sticks together, and he rested it on top of them.

Now, he went about his normal routine, checking up on the growing plants. He walked around, giving each of them a healthy sip of water from his large leather flask, before moving to the two sensu bean plants he had growing. He still had not seen a stem forming out of the ground yet, causing some concern for the fox...But he went ahead and gave them also a drink of water.

Once he finished, he shrugged to himself, unsure of what to do. And so, he moved over to his tea, waiting for it to boil. Once it did, he soon poured himself a steaming mug of it, and walked out of the Garden, and began to wander the watch.

He does get the message in this case, at least. "... that ain't right. Not good to be mean like that for no reason!" Boy, those time patrol guys are made out to sound like real jerks right now. A quick glance is cast over at Kayel 'n then back to that intense look of Shroom's. "Nah, I ain't gonna do that! That's just mean," quietly hmph'ing with an angry frown, "mebbe should beat 'em up for that, see how they feel 'bout it." Isn't that how that goes, people don't like it so much when the shoe's on the other foot? He is still a little curious on things... "what's 'monkey ball'?"

Looks back to Kayel and rubs the back of his neck, looking a little bashful for once. Perhaps a bit awkward for him to talk about that much yet, "well, uh.. don't got much of a family now..." though other subjects help take his mind of it; like ki. "Oh, ya mean that energy stuff? I know 'bout that," a little. In either a smart or dumb move, he decides to show 'em a bit of what he knows 'n can do. He straightens up like he's taking a deep breath, maw puckering a little as he focuses on a nice gut-full of energy. Looking up and away from the others gathered, he opens his maw like a dragon about to breathe fire and expels a little beam of orange-hued energy from it up into the air above...

We'll need all the distortion energy we can get, and all the rifts we can make..."[/color] Shroom looked skyward thoughtfully for a few moments before passing a smile back to Kayel. [color=brown]"Say Squirt.. You mind uh.. takin' us, one or both to that friend of yours sometime? You wouldn't want 'em to put Kanba back in the walls, right?... Looking back to Rhuk, Shroom grinned with a firm nod.[color=brown] "Oh yeah, little dude. See, we beat 'em up for all that stuff they do. Includin' lockin' people away. But you've got a ways to go.. Still, we can help you."[/color] He reached into his vest and removed a small golden band with an orange sphere attached to it by a short dangled loop of chain. Shroom spun it on his finger and watched Rhuk, his grin growing by the moment with that blast of a mouthbeam brought forth.[color=brown] "Niiiiice, you got some good basics there Rhuk. We can totes refine that, help you fly, get you really goin'... All we ask?.. You hang with our lil' monkey niece. Protect her. Let her get to know you. And you can use this to get in touch with me or Salsa here. Just stare at the orange gem there and think of us, say our name.. say what you need. The message should get to us eventually. The Void Nexus is a bit weird on communications this way. But uh.. don't tell no one, got it? He sipped upon his steaming cup of tea, those glittering green eyes of his looking around. He had wandered into a kitchen, a library, and now was walking towards a set of Rooms, the fox pushing the door open to Demigra's room... And stopping in his tracks, confused as to where he had just walked to... He shut demigra's door, and swiftly turned around, going back to wandering.

But when he lifted her and she squealed, his grin was more genuine and he flipped her up, setting her on his shoulders so she could put her hands on his hood if she wanted, and feel those pointed ears that were sticking up. [color=red]"Course Squirt, gotta check um out before ya claim them as yours ya know. Thats what demons do. We keep whats ours and whats we call family. So you play with him and have fun, then ya find out right?"[/color] he popped her up on his shoulders with a little jump and looked back to Rhuk.

HIs grin only became more decided and ....jolly, yes thats it, jolly when he heard Rhuks response. [color=red]"Thats the way it is Spike."[/color] Yup he had his own nick name now. [color=red]"Eh we can beat them up another day, gotta make them work fer it a bit first.  Oohooo! Monkey Ball is the bestest! Its when we play toss the Squirt through the air, she dont get hurt, but she cant get hurt anyway shes a tough thing, big girl ya know." [/color] that wasnt a lie, that was what made them for lack of a better description, better parents than those that had come before them. They knew what she was capable of and what she was used to, so they let her play to her full extent.

HIs mouth falls open when Rhuk lets out that mouth like dragon beam. [color=red]"Whoa dude! That was so cool Spike! Ya gotta let me learn how ta do that from you."[/color] he grins and then looks to Shroom. [color=red]"Well YEAH hes always been good at this, dude a genuis he just dont know it."[/color] that was honest, cause NItmer really was. The guy was just such a fool that he didnt know how smart he really was. Salsa looked at Shroom oddly when he ruffled Kayels hair, then that look turned to a knowing grin at him, Shroom totes had those [sub]FEELS[/sub] and Salsa knew it.

[color=red]"Well sorta ya, I was gonna toss her in one of the ponds out by our place and fill it with bubbles, toss a bucket o frogs in with her. Spike and Squirt er kids, they will be fine, ya can swim cant ya Spike?"[/color] He asks the little guy. He nearly beamed at the thought of the Boss being [b]pleased[/b] at them bringing Kanba in. BUt his smile from that didnt last long when he spied that golden band, and he gave Shroom a [sub]LOOK[/sub] [color=red]~You gonna do that to that kid too, what for?~[/color] he spoke silently to Shroom. He wasnt upset or nothing, just more careful than Shroom was about throwing things around like that. Shroom had a habit of making things wonky and not always in the best way.

[00:06] *[user]Conqueror Iskander[/user] heard Demigra, and he turned to look at Black. Iskander nodded his head to his words, and soon turned away, walking back to the door way. He turned around, those green eyes looking at Demigra and Zamasu. "Zamasu, when your done can you please come to the Garden? And you... Smooth Forehead. I'll have some food and Tea in the garden if you want some.. "And with that, he turned around and walked out, moving towards the Garden.

Soon, they entered the garden, and he swiftly moved over to a downed log. All over the garden was budding plants sticking from the ground, slowly growing. He looked down at the log, where There was clear spots carved into it for people ot rest against, and a pile of his armor beside it. He moved to the small fire, Grabbing the pot of fresh, home grown tea and herbs and poured a steaming mug full of it, before setting it on the log for Zamasu. "Okay... How long are these beans supposed to take to grow?"

He chuckles a bit at that, at least seeming in good  spirits about itt. He's also quick to grasp that candy bar, if still offered, chomping into it while Shroom goes on.

He takes a peek over his shoulder and back at his tail, blinking a bit once that band is attached... it's a little weird at first, haven't had a thing like that on his tail before. He flicks his tail back and forth, up and down several times as a test of sorts, making sure that it won't come off or hopefully not obstruct his movement. "Ooh, magic? Cool..." wonder in his voice as he's giving the band and orangeish gem a looking over.  "So, just look at it, think abou'cha, 'n say yer name... okay!" Digging in his shield, he pulled out a small linen bag stocked with tea leaves and herbs, and tucked it into the pot. Upon which he set it in the fire's emblems, and turned to watch the Kai.

Reaching into his pouch, he pulled out a supply of various spices and herbs, sprinkling Rosemary, Parsley, Oregano and some Lemom Balm onto the fish, before giving it a pinch of pepper. Soon, the sizzling sound filled the air.

He turned back to face Son Black, listening to him before he leaned back..And took a sip of his tea. "Potential..."And with that, he waved his paws over towards the plants he had growing in the garden. "It's like a seed. Useless until planted and cared for, and refined and prospered. But, raw brawn is useful, but not complete in any means. In the battlefield, I faced many that were larger and stronger than I was, but none of them had refined it. They swung slow, clearing swings with heavy weapons, while I deflected their strikes with a shield and drove precise blows into their weak points. Brawn gives you a base to work from, but if you don't compliment it with other skills, and the mental fortitude to realize when brawn wasn't needed...Then your just a lumbering leviathan waiting to be killed by one quicker and more skilled than you..

[06:22] *[user]Conqueror Iskander[/user] smiled as he heard Fasha. The fox slowly nodded his head, as he finished another cup of tea, the male standing up. He took his water flask, wandering around the garden as he quietly watered the other plants, before making his way back over, speaking as he went. "Remember. Don't practice until you get it right. Practice until you can't get it wrong. A master does the same strike 1000 times, a novice does 1000 strikes 1 time. Once you develop the memory in your muscles to be able to react without thinking, you will turn a simple move into a tool that you can use in opportunities you never thought it would work."

He slowly sat down, relaxing as he yawned quietly, and poured himself another cup of tea. He still hadn't noticed, that the plants around him had grown much faster than one would expect, some of the herbs already developing leaves, and even the Senzu Bean plants now showing a stem sticking out after only a few days. The fox didn't know that it happened naturally around him, always chalking it up to good luck. He quietly listened to Black, nodding his head in agreement as the fox lifted up and held the pot of fresh tea out, waiting to see if the Kai wanted a refill on hi smug.

"Normally I would blame Frieza for our stagnation, but to be fair, we wernt much different before him either. When your right your right, blunt as it is." She chuckled lightly before sighing. "Sometimes I cant help but wonder what we could have truly been had we not been so focused on fighting and conquering all the time." She stated before sipping on her tea once more. "What will you do when this is all over? Return to your previous plans? Or has spending more time among us changed your perspective a little?" She asked curiously, knowing full well that Black would know what she meant by his plans. "I know plenty of us deserve our place on the chopping block for things we have done, my people were a prime example, but theres those of us who dont. Iskander here is one such mortal. Plenty more like him are out there." She could never understand his desire to purge all mortals after all, believing there were several peaceful races who lived in harmony on their worlds.

While not all of mortal kind are judged as such, most of them are. Those are the ones that will be purged from existence, while the others are led to salvation. "[color=orange]Once more, unlike others I actually completed my goal, killed one Son Goku, and Prince Vegeta. Along with meddling blue haired brat.[/color]" That bit were more of threat of what would happen if he were dared to be opposed.

[06:55] *[user]Conqueror Iskander[/user] sat there, listening to Fasha speak as the fox man shook his head. He let Black speak, as the fox happily filled that mug up with more of the steaming tea. He reached over, and did the same for Fasha before sitting back. Once he leaned back, the male relaxed as he seemed to think for a moment, his paw subconsciously rubbing over the dents and damages to the shield at his side, as he quietly spoke up.

"[sub] I've done plenty in my life to deserve my place on the chopping block Fasha. It was in the past, and I am working on moving on past it, but I still have done it, and one day I will face judgment for it... [/sub]" But then, his voice lifted up a bit, still that quiet, rumbling tone.

"And one has to be careful. Conquering to take land is a good thing at times, if it must be done. But a kingdom has to allow it's citizens their own freedoms, because without the citizens of the empire, the empire cannot stand...It will be a house built upon crumbling stone, destined to cling to life until the day it finally crumbles into rubble..."

The fact that you actually plan on sparing those that are deemed worthy of it actually does sound like justice. I dont know where I'll end up after this is over, but I have no intention of standing in your way. I cant help but wonder if aiding you here might let me redeem myself somewhat for my own crimes. After all, I'd rather not be forced to fight to the death if you came for my head in the end." She chuckled lightly once more, before taking the offered refuel, thanking the fox in the process.
