This is in-fact false. You received your product via download directly after purchasing and have been using it since date of purchase. Do not lie. You've had no issues with our software, and even opened the case as "not received" when you in FACT, have. If you do not close this PayPal dispute you will stay permanently banned from our forums and software and will not be welcomed back again. If you do close the PayPal case we will reinstate your membership and you can continue to use what's rest of your sub and purchase again if you would like.
