  5. Why #1? I have spent A LOT of time buying, testing and using spoofed servers, both vps and dedi's, for years. I used to run my own stresser. Once I found AmpNode, I've not needed another host since. I keep looking just as anyone would in order to find different pricing or specs or bandwidth, but the reliability and support is unmatched on ampnode. If you have questions you can always e-mail the owner or open a ticket and get an honest reply. You can even buy amplification lists on ampnode.

  10. I don't care what a spoof report says. I don't care if some other user posts claims about CC. CC is a garbage, absolute garbage host for spoofing. They filter all of your spoofed traffic at the router down to 10Mbps or less. You pay for 1Gbps and your outgoing dstat will show 117MBps, but a receiving dstat will read barely 1/11 of that when spoofing your data. Do NOT buy Colo - you've been advised.

  15. Contabo isn't horrible, but don't get confused, they're not quality either. Unless you're willing to spend way over any normal individuals budget to get a completely dedicated port, once your network/port usage is detected to be heavy, you will be limited to (I believe) 10Mbps here as well. It is actually in their ToS. Even though they're offshore, you still have to answer to abuse reports if you try to scan or use layer 7 etc so they're definitely not BP servers. I would not recommend Contabo to anyone at any point unless you're looking for a super cheap solution and only spoof attacks a couple times a day for a few minutes at a time per day (i.e. unrealistic for spoofing servers).

  36. Upper admin/owner of verdina was rather stern about not enabling it and not allowing it. These are two different issues but he was straight forward that it wouldn't be tolerated.

  70. They're mixed because it's pretty solid by now that their low-end servers do not allow scanning or spoofing. Some report their CDNs spoof or scan but many report they still get banned even on the expensive CDN servers.

  106. This, ^ I will agree with. Although I haven't dealt with them for a couple of years now, they never used to spoof their servers. If they can, as in, have the capability of doing so, I do not believe they will allow it. I will await another confirmation before adding to the non-list.
