The blades that protect the land of the rising sun, the pride of their clan. They seek to fulfill their duty by freeing mahou shoujo from the fate of becoming witches.
These girls carry pride in being mahou shoujo, which played a part in them leaving Union.

Neo Magius:
To remove all of their regrets and their feelings of inferiority, they want to rise above all other people and mahou shoujo, so that no one can go against them.
It's a twisted desire created from their own inexperience, but even they are aware of that.

And the last group I have seen...

What I do know at this point is that each group of 12 mahou shoujo the Kimochi had selected were ready to fight.
