Refund Policy


* If you are not 100% satisfied with the badge you have purchased OR I have changed the image to something completely different. You may ask for a refund.

* When asking for a refund please provide proof of purchase,proof you got the badge in question, etc. Upon requesting a refund you are to give me time to come up with the funds to do so. This is because most/all my funds go to other badges I make. So I may not be able to refund straight away. And for that I do apologize.

* If you are a non-vip who has bought a badge of mine, I will issue a full refund (i.e you paid 5k for Drama Queen Badge I give back a full 5k.) If you happen to be a vip and want a refund because I changed an image, I am choosing to only give you back half of what that badge is priced at (i.e 10k for SG tribute, you will only get 5k back.) However if you choose to be refund for a badge, I get to revoke said badge(s).

* Upon purchasing vip offers, you must realize I will not refund for these. All vip offer credits go into badge donations, and are spent on my badges. Thus I cannot refund. So keep in mind, all sales are final.

* If you have purchased badge art from me, I do not do full refunds for those. I am willing to give a half refund. But that means I get to resell the art in question, and you are at a loss for receiving it.

* If you get badges during sales (i.e 500cr event sales or half off sales) you will never get a refund. That is the only time I will disqualify refunds for my badges.

* If you gift my badges or my badge art to Rope/Erg or Lolli/Kissu/Creamy/Cuter I will issue YOU a refund and they will not get the badge. Simple.

* All of these conditions are now in effect as of 12 / 12 / 16.
