-Grounded-
> Neutral: Destined Bolts - Minwu calls forth a raging storm above him, sending 3 large bolts of mystic lightning sailing at a long
range towards his target, dealing 460 total damage.

> Forward: Sacred Shelter - Minwu channels his shield to create a wide, slow moving barrier of light which slowly travels across the
ground with a high ranged priority. Deals 430 damage to any enemy who makes contact with the barrier.

> Backward: Scourge - With a flourish of his staff, Minwu summons a large poisonous wave which floods forth in front of him and
deals 150 damage. Also applies the "Scourge" debuff when it hits, reducing the opponent's bravery by 40 per second for 10 seconds

-Aerial-
> Neutral: Fated Flame - Minwu shoots 3 fast moving long range blasts of holy fire from the tip of his staff, culminating in a total
of 460 damage.

> Forward: Vitiating Orb - Minwu launches a slow moving homing orb from his staff that deals 432 damage and induces the "Vitiated"
debuff, causing Attack and Defense to be reduced by 40% for 20 seconds. Can stack up to two at once.

> Backward: Karmic Ward - Minwu raises his magic-infused shield to block incoming attacks, before launching a volley of magical
bolts at an opponent which deal 480 total damage. Range, tracking, speed, and projectile priority of magic bolts increase if an
attack is blocked.

-Dash-
> Dash: Mystical Staff - Minwu telekinetically whirls his staff in a circle up to 7m in front of him, dealing a total of 460 damage
and being capable of wall rushing.

-HP Attacks-
> HP 1: Ultima - Minwu channels the ultimate magic, creating a swirling pillar of large magical orbs which descend and explode on
the ground. Has a maximum range of 25m and the explosion below has a radius of 5m.

> HP 2: Sanctified Grounds - Minwu lays down a sigil directly in front of him with a radius of 3m, which draws opponents in and
restores the HP of Minwu and nearby allies when an opponent is hit, based on the damage dealt. Only one trap may be active at a
time.

> HP 3: Chamber of Light - Minwu's shield and staff swirl around him, generating a light-based AoE with a radius of 4m around him,
pulling nearby foes in and dealing up to 200 Brv damage when held to the maximum amount. Can glide slightly while the move is
held.

> HP 4: Sacrificial Beam - Minwu's shield and staff levitate behind him as he holds his arms outstretched to generate a 40m long
magic beam attack that starts at a downwards 60 degree angle, then sweeps up to 60 degrees upwards. Can be held down and released
early, and costs Minwu HP the longer he holds the attack. Moderate tracking, costs 400 HP for the full duration.

-EX Skill-
> EX: Soul of Rebirth - When activated, Minwu will generate a spherical aura around his position that grows in size and duration the
longer it is charged (Maximum charge in 5 seconds). When released, Minwu and his allies within a 10-25m radius around him cannot
be normally KO'd with an HP attack for 10-30 seconds based on charge, and will instead be left at 1 HP. This effect can only occur
once while the buff is active, and the aura disappears when an HP attack lands on either Minwu or an ally within said aura. If
Minwu or an ally is already at 1 HP, any HP attacks that land will do 0 damage and cause the aura to disappear. When the buff is
destroyed, all allies under the effect of the buff will gradually regen 800 HP and Brv total over 20 seconds. This effect can stack with HP Regen and Bravery Regen, as well as other outside sources.
