Rivi:
"I actually tried to compromise with you for the Tyrouge. I thought you would be able to take care of the egg better than I can so that's why I came here first. I mentioned it to Teagan here and that's why we're here."

So - is the egg in its own little section then, or is it surrounded by all the other poke mans, or what

Bag-Laden Girl:
The lag-baden gril invites you further in, where the egg is lying on a little...artificial, heated nest thing, with the Happiny looking at it intriguingly.

Ekans Egg:

Teagan releases Claudius near the nest, some distance away from the Happiny.

Rivi:
"Well look at that cute Happiny!" Rivi adores the cute Normal type as Teegs gets the egg situation handled.

Claudius:
Claudius is a tad confused at first, then licks the air, catching the scent, and jumps for joy because yes Ekans have Jump 1 despite not having legs. He rushes over to the eggwarmer, eyes the Happiny, and then looks back at Teagan, partially because A: What the fuck si this thing my son-to-be is in, and partially because B: i do not have hands to pick the egg up

Bag-Laden Girl:
"H-he's not going to eat my egg warmer, is he? That was expensive..."

Rivi:
Rivi actually goes and squats down to the Happiny and exchanges glances; then resumes watching this obviously tearjerking story unfold.

Happiny:
The Happiny doesn't seem to mind the Ekans as much as one would expect... She's more interested in the egg.

Teagan:
"I don't think so." Teagan pulls out the other egg from hammerspace, AKA one of the safer backpacks for carrying fragile shit.

Teagan:
"We've been keeping them safe - Katherine, er... what was your name, miss? I don't think I ever got it."

Bag-Laden Girl:

Claudius nods, yeah u better be sorry, and now wonders what is gonna happen to his eggs

"Allie's great at taking care of Pokemon, she'll be sure to raise them big and strong."

"Actually, Allie, that's something else I wanted to ask you about... the Pokemon Rivi bought from you, the Tyrogue - that was a delta species. How did you get that egg?"

Rivi extends her hand to the Happiny and pats it on the head.

"Oh, that? Some guy just came in and gave it to me! Said he liked how I raised Pokemon! Even though I'd never seen him before...and he didn't buy anything, either..."

"And did you notice any unusual behavior while you were raising it? We're on a research mission from Professor Albion, anything you can tell us would be great!"

Rivi:
Snapping out her trance with the eggfondler... "Yes! I'd be intersted in this happy Pokemon!" Rivi straightens back up to full height and softens her voice to be brought up after the conversation that is going on has finished.

Allie:
"Ummm....well, I'd say it kept trying to get out of the house, but Tyrogue are pretty adventurous anyway! There was that one time it set my curtains on fire..."

Teagan:
"In fact... why don't I get you his number? None of us can really sit down and watch the hatching process, we're all on the move... who knows, maybe he'll have some more business for you?"

Rivi:
Rivi releases Wilson into the home, maybe to burn down more things than just curtains.

"Oh, nevermind. Hey, we have someone here that the professor might be interested in hiring! She's a breeder, and she's had experience with Delta Pokemon. Her name is Allie."

"Wow, Albion's a lot more purple than I'd imagined..."

Valant:

Rivi:
Rivi rolls on her heels and gives Cherish a Basic Ball to hold in it's pouch

Teagan:
"Not... not exactly, no - we've actually found a breeder FOR you! She adjusts the call to put Allie in the frame a bit better. "She has some experience with Delta pokemon, she raised Wilson and will be taking care of Claudius's eggs."

Wilson:

"Now now Wilson, calm down.

Professor Albion:
"..." Albion grabs the Pokedexphonevideothing, "Who is this? Oh..." He notices Teagan and Rivi right away, and then the new breeder girl, and his eyebrows raise, "Ah, so a misunderstanding? Good, good, of course... She's raising an egg? Of your Ekans, yes?"

Teagan:
Teagan motions for Allie to respond, smiling.

Rivi:
Rivi once again waves frantically in the background but refocuses the Nav onto Allie

Allie:
"Yes! I'm the best Breeder around! The egg's been going well, too. Looks just as healty as any other! Th-that's important, right? Um, anyway, we were all wondering if you needed a breeder! Someone to take care of the little Pokemon and...and find out how to breed them?"

"That...could be interesting. We only recently discovered that they breed at all! Figuring out how to make that happen consistently would be very helpful! Do you three believe that possible?"

Teagan:
"I do." Teagan is very confident about this.

Rivi:
"Me too!" Rivi chimes in.

Allie:
"O-of course! After all, I'm the best in Bernal! Ooh, that rhymed... I should put that on the sign... OH! Um, I'm a little, uh, unembellished right now... M-my Pokemon are great, but only a few have been bought! But by these guys! My Pokemon are great, right, you two? Um, anyway, to do this research, I might need a little...help..."

"She's had a bit of trouble getting started, but I'm sure that she'll be worth your investment!"

Rivi:
"Sure are! I beat Trayli with the help of Wilson!"

Teagan:

Professor Albion:
"Sounds like a worthy investment, then! If my own recommended Trainers approve, then I've no reason not to myself. I'll help you get started! Some advertising as well...it sounds like none can find your business. Ah, well! We can sort this out at a later time."

Allie:
"Yes, yes! I'll write down what I need! Ooh..." Allie's eyes go misty as she no doubt envisions owning literally everything in the world. Oh and also something to do with Pokemon.

"Alright! Well, Innsma and Katherine are waiting for us so we can get going to Route 3, so we need to get moving soon. Do you have a phone number, Allie?"
