Biography: Born in Romanian of a Father with bat Quirk, and a Mother who control blood. He lived a normal life till 20 years old that is where he noticed that he wasn't aging. He began to losing more and more people in his life from old age as he watched the world change around him... Samael lost track of most of his life after that but he could remember, as if he were there, Quirk wars that dated back around the second Generation of Quirks. Most of the time he wondered around helping those who couldn't before the title of Hero's were a big thing. He worked in the shadows most the time to help Heros, and sometimes Villains alike. He was known as the Lost man for many years as he would come to help those he deemed worthy and vanish right after only to show up years later. He was written down in history books as a man without name, a immortal helper to keep balance. He showed up quite a few times before finally showing his face to the public with a name for them to know, Alucard. Now he works as a hero who teaches younglings about the history of the world given the fact he lived through it all. At night he works as a protector, and spy that collecting information and drinks Villains who deserve it with clearance from the higher ups.

Motivations: He is out to learn more of the world, but also help those without Quirks.
Quirk: Vamperism, possibly one of the first or second generation of quirks. This quirk gives all the capabilities of a vampire.
Abilities:
-Aging: At roughly age 20, his prime, he stopped aging completely besides in his knowledge and mind. Though age doesn't effect his mind, time has leaving him to mix or forget names of people.
-Blood drinking: Having a Quirk completely based around a vampire, the quirk requires the holder to drink blood rather it be from animals, or people. Without blood, they would become blood starved leaving them into a complete feeding binge till satisfied. Along with this, they will store blood into their bodies up to 3 times the normal human making them a walking blood tank. Without usage of the blood, they can go weeks without feeding before feeling the draws to feed once more.
-Healing: While hurt or damage, they can drink blood to heal themselves back. The more damaged they are, the more blood they have to drink to regenerate. This can also take time with fatal wounds, or missing limbs. Along with drinking blood, if they have enough in their body at the time they form back limbs but at a cost of losing their storage.
-ShapeShift: The quirk holder can turn into a bat, and has all the capabilities of one while in the form.
Moves:
1) Berserk: After using all of his blood, he lets his mind get clouded before going through with no remorse to killing everyone in one area. This is a very limited move as he has to make sure he has clearance along with people that are allies.
2) Using a special knife, he can store blood from people in it after stabbing them to give himself a extra boost.
3)Mad Mans Dash: Samael runs forward into danger using his healing abilities to his advantage, and jumps onto the person drinking their blood even with cloth in the way.
Weaknesses:
-While in direct sun light, while not killing him, all abilities are lowered to nothing leaving him with only his skills without his Quirk, and fangs.
-He can barely eat normal food without feeling sick which leads to having to drink blood. Low quality blood leads to needing to eat much more and high quality makes the power to resist harder.
-While Garlic doesn't hurt him on contact, ingesting it burns his stomach to the point of puking it up violently.
-There is a chance of becoming Blood-starved leaving his mind blank and his body to move off instinct drinking everything, and one in sight without morals.
