reason is because is the military can only be deployed during martial law which takes a lot of time and red tape from the
president. but military type militias can be deployed at anytime in a state of distress without any obligations for liability.
They do it all the time in in the Middle East and foreign countries all around the world the private security contractors can
do things the military cannot because of the Geneva Convention and private security contractors are also not held
responsible or liable for any damage done in any Country foreign or domestic as long as it's on a U.S contracted operation
Halliburton and Blackwater are great examples of this just research any of the middle eastern private security missions
private contracting companies have more authority because they're not bound by any type of legalities and red tape.."
