General

Teams
Captains are assigned based on performance in the league.
Division 1 = Leaderboard based Captains
Division 2 =Leaderboard based Captains

The captain who starts picking is random. The pick phase is structured 1-2-2-2-2-1.

For the first season the captains will be elo - based.

Server location
The location is chosen by the assigned captains for the match during the voting phase. The captains take turns dropping a location each until a final location is decided. We allow several options in case of server instability.

The Locations are:
Germany
Netherlands
France
UK

Maps are chosen in the same way as server location, the captains assigned for the match take turn banning one map each until a final map remains.

Server commands

All servers have the official competitive ruleset that are used for majors.
You can vote to pause a timeout, which will pause for 60 seconds.
Bans
Players who have a previous CS:GO VAC or unspent FACEIT bans will not be able to participate in the hub.
If you’re going to report someone, have some evidence like a screenshot/video to support your cause.

Cooldowns
Listed below are the minimum cooldown lengths for each offense.
Not accepting a queue: 3 minute cooldown
Not connecting to a match: 30 mins cooldown (won’t be removed)
Leaving a match (not returning): 6 hour cooldown ( can be removed early once only a month for tech issues)
Leaving a match (returning): 24 hour cooldown. If 2 captains on the affected team are happy that the banned player returned as soon as possible this ban can be removed early. Multiple instances over a short period will mean that the ban will remain however to allow the player to resolve any possible issues .If the other 2 captains are not happy for the player to be unbanned the ban will remain regardless

Hub Chat
Commands
Players must not use “@everyone”, and must not consistently spam “@here”. If abused, players will be given temporary bans by admins.

Players must be available during the queue to be allocated to the team before the game starts, failure to do so or over-all not joining the teamspeak will result in a ban, the game will not start unless the 10 players are connected with clear communication

General behaviour:
No trolling around, i.e changing channels through the entire server.
Changing rooms during a match (after the knife round has started) is strictly prohibited and will result in a 1 day suspension from the hub.
Use of channels:
Players must use the necessary channels for their use.
Calling an Admin:
Players can tag admins “@Admin” to notify them, and must also call an admin to their match from the lobby.

Cancellation of Games

The game will be cancelled if the captain of the team affected decides to cancel the game, if the play disconnects in the first 10 rounds and doesn't reconnect "leave ban" , The player will take the leave ban and the captain can decide to cancel the game, players found abusing this system will be dealt with accordingly

Admins reserve the right to cancel a game if a player is under investigation for offenses.

Reporting

Only admins have access to the reporting document. Reports will only be discussed directly with the player reported, if deemed necessary. The players who submitted the report will not be mentioned under any circumstance.

Reporting very serious abuse, such as sexual harassment, racial comments, extreme verbal abuse or bullying can be done straight to one of the admins or owners. This report has to contain evidence of the abuse, in the form of a screenshots or a recording.

Reports for cheating should be reported directly to the the google forms link provided above. There has to be merit to the claim. Please provide demos of the suspected actions along with timestamps and a description of what we are looking for. We highly recommend using Plays.tv or similar recording services, Twitch VODs, TeamSpeak recordings, YouTube or any other means to support your claims.

Cheating / Scripts

All types of cheats are strictly forbidden, if caught cheating you will be permanently banned from the hub.

All form of scripts are generally forbidden. Including but not limited to;

Bunny hop scripts
Accuracy scripts or single-bullet fire rate script.
Buy scripts are allowed.
Changing viewmodels are allowed.

Ethics

Ethical behaviour is a very important part of a community, and something that sometimes is very lax in eSports. As a player in the Snd hub, you are given the great opportunity to improve yourself and progress up the Egyptian scene. As such, you are expected to conduct yourself in a manner that is professional and respectful towards other players and admins.
Failing to do so will result in punishment, such as but not limited to:

Short term suspension
Long term suspension
Permanent removal from the HUB
Players found match fixing or boosting stats with will be dealt with accordingly.

Players must use arabic at all times when playing in the hub.

Intentional trolling / afk will always result in a one (1) day ban, regardless of the intent.
Repeated infractions will result in longer bans and can end in a complete exclusion the league.
