Nukemia's fanfic

It was Valentine’s Day, and Spacier drove up to Pilly’s driveway. He had a box heart of chocolate sitting in his lap, and a bouquet of roses sitting in his passenger seat. With his heart already pounding in his chest, Spacier unbuckled his seat belt, opened his door, grabbed the bouquet of roses, and stepped out of his car.

With each step of his right foot, he replayed what he was going to say to Pilly. With each step of his left foot, Spacier had flashbacks of all the times they spent together. Today had to be the day that Spacier confessed his love to Pilly.

Spacier rang Pilly’s doorbell and anxiously waited for the door to open. Once it opened, Spacier’s face lit up. They greeted and hugged, and Pilly questioned why he had a heart shaped box and a bouquet. Remembering all that he was going to say, Spacier took in a deep breath and said:

"Pilly, these are for you. We’ve been good friends for a while now, and… well I like you. I’ve thought about this for a long time, and I really like you a lot. So, here I am today." Spacier hands the gifts to Pilly, who is standing in the doorway in shock.

Looking from the presents back to Spacier, Pilly leapt forward and embraced Spacier in tight hug. “Spacier, I have felt the same way! I just didn’t think you’d like me back.”

The two hugged for what seemed like an eternity, laughing about the situation. They pulled back, stared into each other’s eyes, and slowly leaned forward into a kiss.

"Happy Valentine’s Day," they whispered softly to each other.
