What we currently do which is:
Both GB+HP while going to Lanayru Gate Clip, 100r in escort and normal in post AG
Is the fastest therefore the new lanayru gate clip as wolf doesn't affect the route in anyway apart from being a flat out timesave over the old method of setting up Epona

There are a few close alternative routes, however I personally do not believe they are easier, I would aruge they are awkward due to needing HP in postAG cycle which requires to direct epona towards the bridge before jumping off which isn't natural or ideal.
