Robinson Marlowe Wedding: Part 1

Alexithymiaa: -Steph was pacing a bit in the small empty room connected to the barn they'd made into a tiny bridal suite, her bouquet sitting on the table and her veil laid neatly next to it. She was all made up already with her hair done and completely dressed, justcompletely nervous as fuck. // Noah was on his way into the barn, his eyes glancing around the small reception area as the incoming guests were guided to the stairs to be seated for the ceremony. Climbing up to the second floor, he quietly took a seat toward the back with Tae, keeping quiet. // Brad walked in holding onto Connor's hand so he didn't stray, knowing there was a schedule to stick to and they were only just being let into the barn for the ceremony now. He walked along with the small crowd of people toward the stairs, helping him up so they could go take their seats. // Bryan was lingering at the top of the stairs greeting people and waiting to be given further instructions. // CJ was in the bridal suite with Steph and Cadence trying to go over her last minute duties down the aisle.-
Covet: Felix was hanging out near the altar with his Dad and brother, seeming to be perfectly at ease like today was just another day. // Tae walked in and up the stairs with Noah. She sat down with him and smiled, "Well this is super cute and quaint isn't it?" // Kelsey was in the bridal suite, feeling guilty like she had all afternoon, for bailing on Steph last minute. It wasn't her intent to bail out on her the way she had, but she hadn't had the time to get the her dress or anything with her tour. She was helping get Trick ready to go, he was crawling all over the place in his cute little formal outfit. // Cadence was in the process of feeding Rhythm, before she handed her off to Kelsey while the ceremony was going on. // Rochelle just walked in, looking at Steph, who was clearly a nervous wreck, and went over to her to put her hands on her shoulders, "Deep breath, everything is going good so far, I just checked out there and the crowd is close and small."
Alexithymiaa: -Dean had been standing in the corner of the bridal suite taking pictures of the bridal party getting ready, snapping a couple pictures of Rochelle talking to Steph before slipping out to take pictures of the guests arriving. // Steph looked up at Rochelle through wide eyes, nodding her head. "Okay. Are we ready?" She asked in a shaky tone. // Noah glanced around, spotting his family taking their seats a few chairs away and nodding. "Yeah, it's nice. It's pretty them, I guess." // Bryan slipped by and walked over to the altar, looking Felix up and down and shaking his head. "You ready to do this thing? Because honestly you look like you don't know where you are right now." // CJ stood up from her seat and looked around at the girls before walkking to the door to poke her head out. "It looks like mostly everyone is seated. Someone should be in for you in a minute probably."-
Covet: Felix looked over at Dean as he came out of the bridal sweet, and was hoping he was getting all the good picture angles and such. He noticed all the people around, then looked at his Dad and brother, "Okay I'm pretty sure everyone that's going to be here, is here. I'm going to have Bryan go get Steph." He said then looked at Bryan as he came up to him, "What do you mean? I know right where I am. All the family that's going to be here, here? Cause I'd like to get married already."// Cadence got up and went to trade off kiddos with Kelsey. She grabbed Trick and straightened his clothes up. "Okay baby boy, come here, we've got a job to do, for Auntie Steph." She said then went to get the box that had the rings in it, because it was easier to keep track of them on that, and not on a pillow, especially with a squirmy baby. // Kelsey took Rhythm, then looked at everyone, "Okay I'm going to go head out and sit down with Bradley and Connor. I'll keep an eye on her." She said, with a sheepish look then looked at CJ, "Thank you for picking up my spot." // Rochelle gave Steph a hug, and pulled her close. "Okay, let's get your veil on." She said to her and helped her get it on, before handing her, her veil.
Alexithymiaa: -Steph spun around so Rochelle could slide the veil into place on her head, taking her bouquet of flowers and desperately trying to control the shaking in her hands. "Thank you." She told her before looking over at Cadence, CJ, and Trick. "I guess... this is it." // "Yeah, sure." Bryan said to him quickly before pointing at Seb. "Okay, you come with me. Felix, you stay put. Let's get this thing started." He spoke before walking off with Seb in tow, heading down the stairs and to the bridal suite to give a knock on the door. "Let's go in there. We're ready." // CJ nodded to Kelsey, picking up the bouquet she'd been given and straightening her pink dress. "Bryan's ready for us. Okay so first Bryan and me, then Sebastian, then Cadence with Trick, and then Bryan is going to meet Steph at the end of the aisle and he'll walk her down. Okay? Everyone set?"-
Covet: Felix nodded and put his hands in front of him, patiently waiting as everything started to get settled down. His dad gave him a pat on the shoulder and went to find his seat up front, getting comfortable. // Kelsey made her way out and sat down with Brad and Connor, rocking Rhythm to sleep in her arms, enjoying the baby time. // Seb followed after Bryan as they went to go get the ladies. He snickered at Bryan's comment to the girls to get their shit together. // Rochelle smiled, "You look perfect, I'm going to head out there. Break a leg, kiddo." She said giving her another hug. "I can't wait for you to officially be my daughter." She then headed out, straightening Seb's boutnier for him as she walked out, before sitting down next to Benji. // Cadence smiled and walked over to Steph, "You're about to be welcomed into the merry wives party, Don't forget to breathe and don't lock your knees." She held Trick on her hip, until they started to head out so that she could hold his hand and walk. "Yep, good to go."
Alexithymiaa: -The group all gathered together at the bottom of the stairs since there wasnt a whole lot of room at the top of the stairs. Hugging Rochelle back, Steph nodded her head before looking at Cadence. "I'll be lucky to remember to put one foot in front of the other, don't give me even more directions." // Offering his arm for CJ to hold onto, Bryan started up the stairs when he heard the music start, leading her up and turning left to walk along the back railing to the center of the aisle. They turned again, walking the short distance down to the altar where they parted. Bryan leaned in to give CJ a quick kiss before releasing her, letting her walk off to the left side to stand and wait while he stepped off to the right side out of the way since he had to wait to meet Steph again.-
Covet: "They're reminders, not directions." Cadence said to her as they walked out and got lined up. She set Trick down as she waited for Sebastian to walk down the isle, then took Tricks hand to help him walk, since he wasn't quite able to do it himself. He was shaking the box about, thankfully it had a velvet lining and pillow in it to keep the rings in place. Once Sebastian was down she walked with Trick and got into place, picking him up to hold onto him so he wouldn't go too far. // Rochelle turned around to watch the bridal party come in, but was anticipating Steph's entrance. // Felix smiled and gave Bryan and CJ a nod, then gave his brother a fist bump as he walked down and stood next to him, then he smiled at Trick making his way down the isle with Cadence before they stood, then he anticipated Steph coming up the stairs, exctied to finally see this fancy schmancy dress her mom got her.
Alexithymiaa: -Steph watched as everyone ascended the steps ahead of her, catching a glimpse of Dean at the top of the stairs taking pictures as people went up and shifting back and forth between the stairs and the altar area. Taking a deep breath, she started up the stairs, stopping at the top to wait for Bryan to come get her like she was instructed to. Once he reached her, she took a hold of his arm and walked slowly to the aisle, her eyes finally falling on Felix waiting for her. She gave a wide grin, stepping forward with Bryan and walking down to meet Felix at the altar. // Bryan walked next to her, stopping in front of Felix and taking Steph's hand to pass her off to Felix before leaning in to whisper something in Steph's ear. Giving her a quick cheek kiss, he patted Felix on the back and stepped aside, moving over to stand next to Seb. // Finally at the end of the aisle, she turned to hand her bouquet to CJ since Cadence was holding onto Trick before turning back to Felix and dropping her voice to a whisper. "You look incredible." // Without hesitation, the officiant started. "We are gathered here today to celebrate with Felix and Stephanie as they proclaim their love and commitment to the world. We are gathered to rejoice, with and for them, in the new life they now undertake together."-
Covet: Felix watched Steph, unable to take his eyes off of her. He was floored by the dress and her entire look, but what caught his eye the most was the look on her face. He'd never seen her happier. He gave Bryan a nod as he gave him a pat on the shoulder. He looked back at Steph and smiled when he heard her, "Not nearly as much as you do. Just Wow, I hope Dean is getting all the pictures of you, cause I wish I had a camera right now." He said to her then turned to look at the officiant to listen to him.
Alexithymiaa: "My camera is in the bridal suite for you to take your own pictures later." She whispered back, giving him a little nudge before she directed her attention to the officiant to listen. // "Felix and Stephanie, the relationship you enter into today must be grounded in the strength of your love and the power of your faith in each other. To make your relationship succeed it will take unending love. It will take trust, to know in your hearts that you truly want what is best for one another and to learn and grow together. It will take faith, to go forward together without knowing what the future holds. If you both come freely, and understand the responsibility and work involved to make your relationship thrive, and are committed to not only each other but your family, please take each other by the hands and reply 'we do.' " // Steph reached out to take Felix's hands in his, nodding to him. "We do."-
Covet: "I'm defintely going to steal you away just for that." Felix said before listening to the officiant. He reached over and took Steph's hands, when instructed and, gave them a squeeze, "Damn straight We do." He said with a grin, followed by a laugh from the crowd. Felix the ever candid ass.
Alexithymiaa: The officiant smiled, looking between them both. "Then Felix, please repeat after me. Stephanie, you are my best friend and everlasting companion. You have brought me the truest happiness I have ever known. I take joy today in committing my life to yours."-
Covet: Felix let go of Steph's hands and proceeded to do his vows in sign language to her, since the officiant was speaking them for the other's to understand. To him the action of doing it with his hands was far more personal and intimate. He made his hand gestures big and eleaborated to show his own excitement, but he added his own little ending signing to her 'I love you more than Peter loves Neverland.'
Alexithymiaa: "Now place the ring on her hand and repeat after me... with this ring, I promise to stand with you as we share this life, and cherish the memories we make together. " // Steph turned to Cadence to get the box of rings, pulling them both out and handing hers to Felix, holding onto his. Holding her left hand out so he could slide the ring onto her finger in line with the engagement ring.-
Covet: Felix took the ring from Steph once she got them from Cadence and Trick, then took Stephs, and took her hand to hold as he slid the ring on her finger, sliding it up next to her engagement ring, "With this ring, I promise to stand with you as we share this life, and cherish the memories we make together." He repeated using his voice this time, still holding her hands once the ring was on.
Alexithymiaa: "Stephanie, repeat after me. Felix, you are my best friend and everlasting companion. You have brought me the truest happiness I have ever known. I take joy today in committing my life to yours." // She looked down at her own ring for a second, hesitating because she wasnt sure if she'd actually be able to get through signing all of that accurately since there was a handful of signs she wasn't feeling so confident in right in the moment. "Felix, you are my best friend and everlasting companion. You have brought me the truest happiness I have ever known. I take joy today in committing my life to yours." She gently pulled her hands from his, signing her own little part at the end that she knew she'd actually be able to do. 'You've always been my Emerald City.' // The officiant nodded, continuing. "Now place the ring on his hand and repeat after me.... with this ring, I promise to stand with you as we share this life and cherish the memories we make together." // She reached for his hand, gently sliding the unique wedding band onto his finger, staring into his face. "With this ring, I promise to stand with you as we share this life and cherish the memories we make together." // "Felix and Stephanie, today you have stood before these witnesses and declared your intent to commit your lives to each other in marriage. You have made promises to each other and your family. Your road to this moment has not always been smooth, but you continued to fight for one another. I hope you will never forget the fight and perseverance it has taken to get to this moment. And I hope you will never forget the love and joy you feel today, because these are the values that will keep your marriage, family and bond to one another strong. And so, by the power vested in me by the American Marriage Ministries and the State of Oregon, I now pronounce you husband and wife. Felix, you may kiss your bride."-
Covet: Felix smiled as she signed back to him, impressed with her sticking through the whole thing, then smiled when she said that she he was her Emerald City. The officiant wasn't even finished with his statement before he pulled Steph in for a kiss, sliding his arms around her back in order to hold her close, to kiss her long. "Congrats,Mrs. Marlowe." He said to her in a soft whisper against her lips.
Alexithymiaa: -She stepped in close to him, wrapping her arms up around his neck to return the kiss, unable to stop smiling against his lips. She leaned back a bit so her eyes could focus on his face. "I'm never going to get tired of hearing that." She leaned in again to kiss him herself this time before breaking into an excited laugh at the sounds of cheering from their friends and family. Turning to CJ, she took her bouquet back from her, making sure to hold onto Felix's hand as she started back up the aisle the way they'd come, grinning widely at Dean and his camera.-
Covet: Felix was also all smiles as he held onto her while they walked back down the isle, He was clearly excited to get to the cake and food portion of the event, but right now he was definitely enjoying the moment as everyone cheered and clapped for them in all the happy wedded happiness. // Cadence walked down the isle after them once the party was allowed to follow the bride and groom. She was smiling, even if the wedding stuff was bitter sweet. // Rochele got up and made her way down the stairs because she wanted to dote and gush over the happy couple. Seb and Benji were just kind of hanging out waiting for everyone else .
Alexithymiaa: -Stopping to take a couple of posed pictures at Dean's direction, she continued down the stairs with her bouquet in hand, turning into the bridal suite as directed so that she could take off her veil and set her bouquet down while waiting for the other guests to get downstairs since the entire bridal party is 'announced' into the reception. Tomorrow. // After Cadence and Trick and then Seb, Bryan stepped forward and offered an arm to CJ, walking her back down the aisle to follow down the stairs, heading to the bridal suite as well for the big announcement into the party [tomorrow.]-
