HELLO SHOPFAM, IT'S FOOD TIME. And by that we mean after being in the kitchen since about six AM this morning, Sakura and Helpful Kitchen Kirby have finally finished setting everything out on a couple of tables, spread out and groaning under the weight beneath the cherry tree in the shop's yard. And there is <i>a lot of</i> delectable dining to be had, most with helpful labels!

The most immediately obvious part of the food tables is the desserts, because sweets are important. First is a tray of blue-frosted cupcakes, decorated with little star sprinkles. The label says <i>"Waterbreathing".</i> Second is green-frosted, with an <a href="https://vignette.wikia.nocookie.net/elderscrolls/images/6/6d/Skyrim_Taproot.png/revision/latest?cb=20120904005548">unusual swirl pattern</a> on them. The label says <i>"Mana restore!! Kind of weird but maybe that's just me?"</i> Third is purple-frosted, in the vague shape of a flower. The label says <i>"Resist cold damage :?"</i> Last is three bigger cupcakes, closer to tiny cakes than anything, with a shimmery silver frosting. The label says <i>"Invisibility!! Please eat wisely, these are very strong".</i> The flavors vary, but despite being made with Skyrim plants, they taste like pretty normal bakery fare.

Oh, and the birthday cake itself is there, too. It's huge, two tiers, and it's frosted...plaid? It's a black and white plaid cake, because Natsuno's disaster fashion has to extend to his birthday cake, or something. How did she even make a plaid cake, don't ask questions just eat it. It's red velvet and cream cheese and it's delicious. There's cartons of ice cream and ice pops set out all over to go with the other desserts in varying flavors, the classic neapolitan and various other popular flavors like moose tracks and caramel crunch, and then more fruity flavors like melon and banana, and even strange combinations like honey and lavender as well as mango chili. If you can find it in the local frozen foods aisle it's <i>probably</i> there. This is what happens when you send Anon on a grocery sweets run. F.

As for the non-dessert foods, the sweet theme extends--dishes with sweet potatoes, carrots, even one with beets in it. Sakura got creative. Or maybe you want something without all that sugar? There's spicy food, too: gyuudon with shichimi, stuffed peppers, and a big pot of Chettinad chicken, the last of which is accompanied with a sign that says "eat with caution please!!"

And in case you need to be watered on top of being fed, or in case the chicken defeats you (as it just might), there's all manner of drinks set out too -- everything from lemonade to tea to coffee to alcohol -- the majority will probably be sake, but there's a few harder liquors mixed in.

All of this is looking like Sakura and Anon intended to feed a wedding party, not the shop crew. But hey, voresight is a lot better than hindsight, and there's enough guests and residents who could likely inhale half of this stuff on sight. Hope y'all are hungry. &#9734;
