- - i am much more open about my mental health here. i vent sometimes and i have a tendency to overthink/overreact to things, especially when i'm stressed. please don't be afraid to reassure or comfort or otherwise correct me, or even just leaving a like is OK too.
- -- for reference--while i'm unable to be professionally diagnosed or treated due to personal reasons--i suspect myself to have C-PTSD, OCD, autism and ADHD. i also deal with maladaptive daydreaming and misophonia.
