Game plan:
-Deploy the Terminator Squad front & center and rely on Inner Circle+Apothecary to soak damage; once they get into range they can be buffed by the Primaris Chaplain to deal a lot of damage in shooting, but they're mostly there to tank.  Don't be afraid to Advance them towards objectives if necessary - 10 models means the squad can split into 2 if it needs to on spread missions.
-Use the Incursors to contest central objectives early until the Terminators get close - don't forget about Transhuman Physiology & Smokescreen to keep them alive.
-The Redemptor, Vengeance, Arcus and Sammael's cannon can poke at enemies while the Terminators are moving up the table.
-Around Turn 2 the Deathwing Knights can teleport in to fight over objectives in support of the Terminators, or on an objective they have trouble reaching.  You can bring them in via Combined Assault off any of the 3 Biker characters; don't forget about Full Throttle to get them in place if you need extra movement, and Inspiring Oratory from the Chaplain to get Canticle of Hate when you need to make the charge.

Possible changes
-The Redemptor and/or Vengeance could be swapped out for some faster forward units like Outriders or Black Knights
-The list might end up wanting another punchy character; Ravenwing Chapter Champions are great for this

Relic/WLT Combos
-Wise Orator and Selfless Healer should go on the Chaplain & Apothecary respectively
-Rites of Battle is a possible pick for one of those characters as well, to give the Terminators Objective Secured
-Benediction of Fury+Imperium’s Sword are good picks for the Chaplain as well if you want him to be punchier
