  5. The San Andreas State Penal Code is the official documentation of all the laws in the state. All citizens are required to abide by these laws. Law enforcement officers are here to enforce the law, meaning that they're still required to follow it as well.

  7. The State Penal Code is divided into Titles, Sections, and Subsections.

  9. Example of this: Title 1, Section 3, Subsection 02 (T-1,(3),02)

  11. Law enforcement officers are required to follow all the regulations stated by the penal code. When charging civilians, an LEO must:

  14. Correctly spell the charge.
  15. Calculate the total time a person will spend in jail or prison.
  16. Must NOT stack the same charge multiple times.

  19. Failure to follow these regulations will result in serious consequences.
