1. Ultimate One? It's not a parameter alterer, it's an altered physiology, but fiiiiiine. Can't say I'm surprised, Ravana gonna Ravana. Oh Hinduverse.
2.
3. Next one's technically canon but wasn't implemented, just so you know, though as there's no stat sheet for the NP we may need to work out the nuances of it and whatnot. Also if need be I'm fine with removing Aestus given class change:
4.
5. ---
6.
7. Name: Nero Claudius Caesar Augustus Germanicus
8.
9. Title: Fifth Roman Emperor
10.
11. Class: Rider
12.
13. Gender: Female
14.
15. Alignment: Chaotic Good
16.
17. Height: 150 cm
18.
19. Weight: 42 kg
20.
21. Personality: Nero has a haughtiness that seems to more than compensate for her short stature. She believes that anything she does must be perfect down to the smallest detail, such as a number of flawless victories to make her feel on top of the world after displaying perfection in her swordplay. While her brusque attitude and gallant actions would imply that she values valor above all, she actually identifies her core as a maiden due to her adoration for beauty. She still does not allow gender to sway her preferences, and believes the true orientation of her soul to be half and half. Firmly routed in the middle of the two genders, she personally finds her ability to go either way admirable.

29. A hand-crafted crimson sword which she feels is the ultimate instrument, and that muses would bow before the sound it makes. It has regnum caelorum et gehenna carved on it.

54.
55. Personal Skills:
56.
57. Imperial Privilege EX:
58.
59. An ability that, due the insistence of the owner, Skills that are essentially impossible to possess can be obtained for a short period of time. In cases when the Rank is above A, even the "burden to the body" is acquired (such as Divinity). At this point, anything Nero desires can be said to be her capability.
60.
61. Headache B:
62.
63. A curse inherited from the birthplace of one's previous life. Due suffering from chronic headaches, the success rate of mental Skills decreases considerably. Because of the presence of this Skill, it is hard for Nero to perfectly demonstrate her valuable talent for fine arts
64.
65. Noble Phantasm:
66.
67. Name: Sirrush
68.
69. Title: Great Earth Crawling Beast of the Seven Crowned Heavens
70.
71. Rank: EX
72.
73. NP Type: Anti-Army
74.
75. Description: As the result of the skill Imperial Privilege, the Heroic Spirit Nero can be said to be eligible for "any" class under the Class System, though this raises the question of, in the class of Rider, what her mount is meant to be. Sirrush is an existence much like Semiramis's Hanging Gardens of Babylon, something Nero did not truly possess but which has become so associated with Nero's nature that it is hers to command as a Heroic Spirit, and as a Servant in the Rider class. The calling of Nero the Whore of Babylon is ultimately linked back to this, a misunderstanding that has breached the gap and become a legend. Sirrush is a beast from the original kingdom of Babylon's legends, a "Beast of Revelation" from the legend The Whore of Babylon, and also known as Nero's red baron, Mother Harlot. Sirrush is a Divine Beast of the absolute highest rank, closer to a weapon than a true living being, and ranked as it is simply because this Noble Phantasm, rather than a "charge" of the beast, is the existence of the beast itself, a "living phenomenon" on the scale of a catastrophe. A side-note is that the bulls of the Heroic Spirit Iskander would be A++ ranked Noble Phantasms were the Noble Phantasm their existence, instead of the A+ ranked charge. Takes the form of a seven-headed dragon with the wings of an eagle, a snakelike tongue, and the tail of a lion. While it should grant possession of the Tablets of Destiny and Authority similar to Potnia Thereon, the limits of the Grail System and the penalty against Authority in the modern age make both of these impossible. Once summoned, Sirrush sustains itself off of its own prana, rather than needing to be "bound" to the world by an anchor. Is also pretty fuckin' kawaii.
76.
77. Name: Aestus Domus Aurea
78.
79. Title: Golden Theater of the Flamboyant
80.
81. Rank: B
82.
83. NP Type: Anti-Team
84.
85. Range: 30, 60, 90
86.
87. Maximum Number of Targets: 100, 500, 1000
88.
89. Description:
90.
91. The Domus Aurea, the theater designed by Nero and constructed in Rome during her lifetime, given form and reproduced through prana with a method extremely similar to that used by Reality Marbles. Rather than being a materialization of her inner world, it is High-Thamaturgy that only Nero, who believes without a doubt that before her status as an emperor she is "an artist who rivals Apollo" and "a chariot driver that rivals Sol", can perform. It is an "absolute imperial zone" which allows the owner to achieve their aspirations.
92.
93. When the theater was first opened for business, many of the spectators left midway through the performance, causing an outraged Nero to blockade all doorways once the second performance began and not let even one person leave until the curtains of the stage were down. As a result, escape - without Nero's permission or cessation of the Phantasm - is virtually impossible. Inside the Theater, Saber's abilities are as if they have been reinforced by a Command Spell.
