Plat Any% - Syncing theoretical catch data with console (DS Phat)

Requirements :
> DS Phat with Pokémon Platinum (EN version)
> Eon Timer
> LiveSplit (or any accurate timing device)

	- don't need the extended manip, just stop the manip after talking to Roark the 1st time
	- can provide a video footage of the whole manip (and explain all the details)

Way to go :
> Setup your DS (No GBA cart - September 10th, 2099 - 06:03AM)
> Setup Eon Timer (C tab - 7200 - 97880)
	- Click game when 1st countdown ends
	- Clear TV screen when 2nd countdown ends
> Setup LiveSplit to -1s (gives an approximation of when the game framecounter starts)
> Note down how many extra encounters you get (beside from Abra, and including the encounters when manipulating Tentacruel)
> Perform the early-game manip, then continue until you reach Tentacruel spot
> !!!IMPORTANT!!! Split on LiveSplit when you perform your last movement that will create the Tentacruel encounter (this will set the battle seed)
> Only throw Pokéballs at Tentacruel and note all these info for every turn :
	- Number of wobbles the PokéBall does (0-3 or caught)
	- What move Tentacruel uses, if it criticals or not, if it misses or not

> Sandgem Shopping : 5 Potions
> Roark : sacrifice Abra if Screech hits 1 or more times
> Post Roark Jubilife Shopping :
	- (enough to reach 4 Pokéball)
	- 2 Super Potions
	- 2 Antidotes
	- Repels (max quantity)
> Mars : always heal below ~28 HP
> Eterna Shopping :
	- 1 Heal Powder
	- 1 Revival Herb
	- Energy Roots (max quantity)
> Saturn : sacrifice Abra if Smokescreen 2 or more times
		   if dead, switch to Abra & Revival Herb Chimmy
> Oreburgh Center :
	- Deposit Egg
	- Heal Abra if dead with deposit/withdraw
> For Tentacruel fight, party should count 2 Pokémon.
> Heal Chimmy to full before encountering Tentacruel.

> framecounter = RTA*fps*correction // fps = 59.8261 // correction = 1.008
> Add 8 to seconds, 63 to minutes
> Pray for some matches
