The company caters mainly to the Australian and Asia Pacific markets with services that include cloud hosting, online marketing and domain name registration. Its customers include Fortune 500 companies and SMEs. Dreamscape’s acquisition of Quadra Hosting is reported to have cost A$2.5 million ($2 million).

Quadra’s Australian headquarters are in Helensvale Town Centre, Queensland, Australia and the company also has data centers in Sydney, New South Wales, Australian and Dallas, Texas, United States. It provides “high-quality, reliable and full featured web hosting service for small to medium businesses, web designers, web developers, and individual website owners”. Quadra’s high-speed hosting service provides “redundant paths to multiple internet backbones” to ensure availability throughout Australia and beyond. The company has a team of on-site technicians at each of its data centers available to deal with customer queries. Dreamscape will absorb Quadra's “customers, systems and brand assets” from Net Quadrant, its current owner. This is Dreamscape’s fourth acquisition since its December 2016 IPO.

“Bolting Quadra Hosting into Dreamscape Networks allows us to take further advantages of our existing infrastructure, and the synergies of our previous Australian acquisitions, Enetica Group and Net Logistics,” explained Mark Evans, Dreamscape’s Managing Director in a statement to Business News Western Australia. “We aim to bring increased value to current Quadra customers by utilizing our recently-upgraded technology platforms, while improving customer service and marketing capabilities via our dedicated hosting brand, Vodien,” he added.
