Saber- Well I'll be damned.
Deen-...I see you remember me as well, then.
Saber- How could I not? You were the only soldier on that battlefield from both Zofia and Rigel that was worth fighting.
Deen- Likewise.
Saber- Say, is that blade of yours still as sharp as it used to be?
Deen- Why don't you come and find out.
Saber- I think I'll take you up on that invitation. Meet me tonight after everyone's gone to sleep, and bring your sword.
Deen- You're on.

Saber- Hey Deen, lemme ask you something.
Deen- Mm.
Saber- How'd you lose your eye?
Deen- I lost my eye to an arcanist from the Duma Faithful right before I abandoned my life as a knight of Zofia. What about you?
Saber- The nobles of Rigel didn't see me fit to become a general, so one night, my 'best friend' caught me by surprise and tried to take my life. He didn't get my life, but he managed to get my eye trying.
Deen- It's just how the nobles are to the commoners. Growing up, I couldn't fathom the idea of bowing to a peasant.
Saber- And what do you believe now?
Deen- An individual's worth shouldn't be determined by their birth or their upbringing. Even who they are as a person is irrelevant. Worth is determined by strength and strength alone.
Saber- Well said.

Saber- Hey Deen. That wound from last night isn't bothering you at all is it?
Deen- Speak for yourself. The fact that you were still standing after my counterattack is nothing short of a miracle.
Saber- Touche. So, have you given any thought as to what you're gonna do after the war?
Deen- I'm leaving my old life behind and traveling far away from Zofia.
Saber- Maybe we'll meet again some time?
Deen- I doubt it. What about you, Saber?
Saber- I'm probably just gonna continue my life as a mercenary. Nothing to it really.
Deen- Have you given any thought of returning to Rigel?
Saber- Some. Although I never entertain it for long.
Deen- You have a family, don't you?
Saber- I had a younger sister. She could be dead now for all I know.
Deen- It's not my place to tell you where to go and what to do with yourself, but if you think she might still be alive, you should try and find her. You won't find much enjoyment in life continuing on the road that you're on.
Saber- I don't think it's too bad.
Deen- Think on it. You'll know when you've made your choice.
Saber- Deen... I'm looking forward to our next match.
Deen- I'll see you then.
