Changes:
>By popular demand for the OP-ness of a battlecarrier, the Dreadnought bridge for BBs has been bumped to level 281. It will soon have a class of its own in which end-game ships will inhabit.
>Due to Nano Nodes stacking repair rate being a bit much, they have been nerfed to a rate of 4 and they do not stack.
