File 4: After acquiring the Arm legion, move back to the staircase and chain jump across to a gate that can be lifted. Goggles.
Ladder to shoot down on one of the two buildings side-by-side near the basketball court. Chain jump from one roof to the other, regular cap.

In The Mall After you fight Arms Legion, go back to where the staircase is, on the very top on one of its sides, you will see a glowy thing to shoot with arms legion, shoot it and you will obtain the Knit Cap

File 5: At the Aegis Institute you can find an eyepatch in one of the medical rooms.(sorry, forgot the exact one.)
After you save Alicia and chase after what caused the explosion in the subway aftwards, go to the top right corner of the map. Axe legion will be needed to traverse the flames. there you will fight off dryads. after you beat them there will be a chest containing the Police Helmet

File 6: A cardboard box hat is under a staircase in the area you are tracking Douglas with the Beast Legion.
in the second part of the stealth section, there's a staircase near the big door with the two guards that leads to a communicator earpiece.

File 7: After dealing with the horde of flying chimera's, in the left area Square Glasses B will be under the stairs
in the area where you rescue Alan from falling, the Cat Holo-Mask is on the pipeline
headset down the tunnel where the homunculus attacks (the area where you gotta walk the officer to be airlifted out)
the civilian mask is found in the blue case to hunt down the elemental, same area as the airlifted man, inspect the red gash in the groundto start it and find ot in the astral plane it leads you to

File 8: help Billy (the guy with the sunglasses) take down a terrorist plot and earn a pair of sunglasses of your own.
Round Glasses B can be found on the rooftop behind the stairs going down after the boss arena. send a legion over the broke railing and pull yourself over, go around the underside of the boss arena to obtain.
to get the skull mask, Crouch under a door in the parking garage, where the toilet is in an earlier case. Snipe a glowing spot on the ceiling.
on the roof there's the broken exit blockade on the railing as you progress past where the scientists are. You use the Arrow Legion and just continously hold the stick towards the exit blockade until it goes over it and then you can chain jump over it and follow the side of the building around to the chest, contains Round Glasses A

File 10: At the start of the stealth section in File 10, there's a hidden Hermit Den if you immediately 180 and go down the hall you came from. There's a shootable shiny in the second room with the Vendor-3 Mask and Clear Goggles in a chest at the end of the 3rd room.
To find the Eyepatch, you need to go to the area where you have to protect the neuron device from abberations/chimeras. if you go direct in front of it and look to the left, you will see 2 wrecked cars, walk towards them and you will see a door. its actually a hologram wall. go through it and go all the way down the hallway to obtain the eyepatch

File 11: When you reach the Roof of the ARI, dont walk into Akira, instead walk around her and go up the stairs. on the right side you will find the Lappy Holo Mask

ARI Medical outfit: Free The Toilet Faerie
Civvy Clothes: Obtained in Chapter 10
Lappy Suit: Complete All Side-Quest's Relating to Lappy over the course of the story and obtain all 6 Pieces. After Obtaining them all, Talk to Olivia in File 12 and Do "Deskwork...?"
