The lady in chat just yelled at me, and called me a liar, said I have 7 accounts, but theres 6 people in my house, with 5 accounts
I know we cant run more than one on a system, and when I accidentally did, and got a warning, I have not since..
But now my Hubby, myself, and our daughters cant play together? or at all apparently and Im not sure why, cause we each have our own accounts

My youngest 2 share my laptop, and take turns, as the middle girls laptopdosent work very well with the wifi in their room
Im not sure about the extra account, I can ask my kids, but I do know that we each have one, and do NOT play them on the same system at the same time.

The difficultly we have here, is that we are a very small team of volunteers. We take time to bring back this very old game while also juggling our families and school/work.  We don't have many staff.

Secondly, we have rules set in place to protect the economy from being abused and to be able to test actual unique login data from unique players. If we, for example, have one player using 4 or 5 accounts, then we're not getting real data, you see.

So it's a combination of the logging into 7 seven accounts from 4 systems on all on the same IP, plus the transferring of money between them that the system flagged as fraud.

If you wish to use more sims, use the "retire sim" function to delete sims you no longer use
