Rules of #smexplace:

* Access: Begging will result in a kick, then a ban. Access will be given to members of the community that emits a satisfactory personality that can enforce the official channel rules (Common sense) with great knowledge of the commands available to channel operators.

* Trolling/Arguing: debating is fine if its controlled, try to get along with each-other.

* Spamming:

	- No advertising without permission. if you wish to have a channel advertised, pm an owner and ask. advertising is limited to once, unless Owner said different.
	- No automatic side-effects. Automated side-effects are scripts that emits automated text to the screen. (Away, Now playing, and so forth).

First will result in a ban. The latter will result in a mute.

We all hate the spam that Purplesurges script forces on us. But it's accepted. However, heavy use of /cycle, /hop, /hs update will result into a kick or a ban, depending on the amount.

Respect those with higher access.
