If you head north-east for a bit, you will find a house far in the distance, going in unlocks a teleport waypoint out the front from the star (this persists across all sessions), give the person inside almost any item that's not an orb (they spawn randomly or you can find them in various places).

From there, avoid being seen and continue going.
