- In the brief moment of shock, a Deathstalker as large as the one that faced down Team JNPR in initiation had spawned, and an Ursa almost as big as it was nearly complete. Nearly. A streak of water speared through the space it was forming, interrupting the process and washing the blood away. Leviathan waved his arms and brought a tall wave up over the edge of the docks to rinse any more away.
- Knight roared and shot forward like a bullet fired from Crescent Rose. He brought his sword up and down in a two-handed grip, and the single swing bisected the Deathstalker, carving it from the tip of its tail down its carapace and between its many legs. The Grimm croaked and split sideways into two.
