- +Je Suis Ce Que Je Suis __ Cheers! I did not know about that at the time but did hear some people mentioning it. From my experience "event priming" tends to take place ~4 to 8 weeks prior to an event (~6 weeks being often the "sweet spot") so if this was being done a week - or just days - prior then I wouldn't think of it so much as event priming.
- What is a consequence of what you've described happening? If the elections were not honest then that becomes an effective way to encourage the population to think: _"Oh - the elections can't have been rigged because the people who would have known in advance really did expect/prepare for a Hillary win! That billionaire 'Trump' really must be an outsider who is anti-establishment!"_ (That kind of thing.)
