(extract the three files as one 7zip; I trust you know how to do this. I suggest only patch 1 unless you have a MANLY machine (patches 2/3 lag my game))

If you want sex cutscenes to play every time you go to your tent (normally they only play once ever) or dicks or something I can get you those mods too.

If you want Advanced Party (PCs start with no points distributed), look it up, but I suggest waiting until you beat the game once.

After your first run, you might want Skip the Fade. It's a great dungeon, but really fucking long. It'll give you all of the stat boost and codex entries and XP, but go straight to your companions and then the boss (this will make a lot more sense after playing it).
