Hey Cyotie. I wanted to PM you regarding a question I had about the process where a user requests a different staff member. If a user requests that their appeal be handled by a different staff member (I.E: Player1 continually states in their appeal that they'd wish that a different moderator or admin handle their appeal (refraining from PM'ing a head admin to do this), is it appropriate for a server admin (example here) to take over an appeal? I thought the process of appeal take-overs were designed for head admins, not server admins with long tenure.

I wanted to send this message regarding the possibility that this is either not allowed, or if there was a change in policy that people were not aware of.

(for reference, I messaged you because this post provoked my curiosity, thus me wanted to know what the policy actually is.)
