__**THE TABLE OF CONTENTS**__

1.HISTORY
__**BEFORE NEW ANIMA**__
Before the age of Anima City there existed the Twenty-Eight Rulers. Of these Twenty Eight Rulers a Regalia was forged from precious stones that were found through excavation and mining. From the twenty-eight Regalia created, the Rulers would contest against one another in various battles to see who was the best. It is said that through their battles they forged the lands that would become the Island Continent of Anima and learned of the Roads that were respective to their own Regalia. As the years spanned, the Regalia would be passed down through lineage and what became of the first twenty-eight faded into mere whispers. As the new generation branched off, there were those that took each of the Twenty-Eight Regalia and scattered them through the continent, knowing well the power they yield. As the years continued, knowledge of the Regalia faded into obscurity till it was nothing more than a mere legend.

__**RISE OF ANIMA CITY**__
The year is 1658, Kemonomimi have spread far and wide across the world and on the main land of Anima. In a small section of the Kemono continent lays the Town of Kemono, a trade town that sees travelers come and go, whether to make a name or to trade, the land there was prosperous. As the years grew, so too did civilization, steadily, much like the outside world, Anima too was evolving, cities and towns being built and created, Old World Kemonomimi were becoming less and less with the rise of New World Kemonomimi, however, they would not be forgotten so easily. Thus the first war came to be.

__**WAR OF THE BEASTS**__
The Old World against The New World, it was a violent war of which bared witness to countless death on both sides before a wandering Kemonomimi stopped the feud between their fellow kin. The nameless Mimi sought a compromise, one in which would see to it both sides are fit to be content with. What this was has long since been lost to time yet is the sole reason of why both sides have had a century long truce. The Old World Kemomimi founded a village to the east of the continent as the New Worlds would take their small city, expanding and building upon it into a prosperous metropolis named New Anima City.

__**New Anima City**__
New Anima City, a bustling Metropolis full of Kemonomimi. Large sky scrapers, and high rise buildings, sea port and commercial trade. One could consider it the capital of the Anima Continent of which it's namesake comes from. Geologically located to the north west, it sits in a goldilocks like climate, due to its location it is also the point of many trade routes outside of the continent.

__**Whispers of the Forgotten Past**__
Amidst the Old World Kemomimi village dubbed Land of the Beasts there speaks rumors of strange items, these relics, recorded on stone, unearthed in the modern era. What was once lost now in the hands of the Old World, a part of the sacred texts from the Anima Forerunners, tales of the Twenty-Eight Regalia and how the world had been forged from battle. However, one such komono holds one of the twenty-eight, the first of many yet to be found.
