Assuming that's your UBHL grid, replace the Raph bow with a third bolt. If it's HP you're after you're better off replacing the second Windhose with an RQ axe or the LE with a Baha staff/gun/dagger. LE is a lot of normal mod though so the former would be better. I don't know what other summons you have but Tootcat is pretty useless, anything would be better there unless the stats are that important for you. Your Grim isn't FLB so it would be better to get your own FLB Tia for more stats and possibly catch FLB Grims from support. Also you don't want a backline.

As for the fight itself and such, wind has it pretty easy in UBHL.

>Phalanx 95 with Nio's Tuning DR and shield
>Phalanx+Sub/Monki 2 on herself with her ougi buff up through 85
>Tiamat 75
>Optional Grim for an extra turn and mitigation for 70 with Phalanx
>Coma with Thor + Monki buff up for maximum debuff success chance
>Mash; with Thor's debuffs you don't really need to worry about accidentally attacking if coma falls off
>Sub/Monki 2 55. Unlike 85 if you're Monkeying this you still want Phalanx for the debuff res to prevent shit like stoned. If it's a really fast run don't use MC sub because you might kill your MC with Sirius. Monki can be rez'd though.
>Heal MC to full and make sure the rest of your party isn't at low enough HP for 2 of them to die to Sirius
>Nio 10 as soon as you can during 50 to 30 and try to take as many turns as possible
>Phalanx/Tia 45
>take 40 Sirius if you're good on pots and Monki's first skill
>Phalanx/Tia 35
>Typhon 28
>Phalanx 22
>Ensure Siete can get 4 Swordshine before 15. You can Grim/Tia/Centurion for this.
>Burst into 10 with Baha, Siete 4, and Monki 2
>Alternatively, Thor and burst after 10
