- In order to finalize our pending investigation. Please, provide us with a scan copy or snapshot of the following documents:
- 1. Proof of Income {Pay Stub or Bank statements (personal or business) or Wages and Tax Statement}
- 2. Recent Utility Bill
- 3. Drivers License
