  1. This program was created and developed by BAEAT Advanced Technologies, with the purpose of ionospheric analysis and research in the possibility of developing and enhancing ionic field technology for wireless communication and monitoring purposes[2].
  2. The Fugitive program operates a major facility in the Arctic, known as the Fugitive Research Station. This station is built on a United States Air Force site near the Jakona region of Alaska, in the U.S. state.
  3. The most notable instrument at the HAARP station is the ionospheric search instrument (IRI), which is a high-strength radio-frequency transmission facility that is powered by frequencies operating in the high band.
  4. An ionospheric research instrument (IRI) is used to temporarily excite, activate and heat a limited region of the ionic field. Some other instruments, such as the ultra-high frequency instrument, the ultra-high frequency radar, the magnetometer, and the magnetic induction device, are used to study the physical processes that occur in the same affected region. The idea is simply to connect the amplifiers with a frequency between 2 Ghz to 2.5 Ghz and launch a wave beam through the Omni Antenna antennas with a wave power of 500MWatt -100MWatt. Although the design of the antenna array is simple and undeveloped since its inception, there is a government reservation on the project.
