I'm part of an ad-hoc group of concerned technology professionals who formed a team adopting the domain name "helpfind.us," with the
objective of developing/integrating digital tools to help in the search for and reunification of refugee family members forcibly
separated by US DHS at the border.

Even though our immediate focus would be to help address the current situation, we also understand the strategic importance of critical information management for refugee families, especially given the precarious situation of so many of them during their perilous journey to the US, and upon entering this country.

We're just getting started and are in "survey" and "requirements" mode, so my first question to this group would be:

Do you know of similar efforts in this area within your organizations or networks? We'd love to connect to any initiative already in
progress and join forces to help get results and useful deliverables ASAP.
