3 lbs Briess Pale Ale DME
(dissolve into 3 gal water)

Steeping grains
0.5 lbs Caramel 60L malt
0.5 Black Prinz malt

Hop schedule
1 oz Warrior 60 min
1 oz Citra 15 min
1 oz Simco 15 min
1 oz Cascade 0 min
1 oz Amarillo 0 min

Wort B
3 lbs Briess Pale ale DME
2 lbs Briess Wheat DME
(dissolve into wort, top up water. I went until it hit the OG of 1.071)

Yeast
You choice. I think i used Imperial Citra A20.

Dry hop
1 oz Cascade
1 oz Amarillo
