Odysseus is reunited with Penelope, but the poems continues. We see the ghosts of the suitors travel down to the underworld and meet the spirits of Achilles and Agamemnon, which might have been a kind of ending; but the poem continues. We see Odysseus reunite with his old father, Laertes; but the poem continues. Fighting breaks out on Ithaca between Odysseus and his supporters, and the friends and family members of the dead suitors. The fighting growing intense, and Odysseus is wild with martial rage; only thanks to the intervention of Athena does it stop. And there the poem ends.

6. The poem refuses to offer us a definitive moment at which home and peace are achieved, once and for all. Odysseus never sets aside his desire to fight and kill his fellow men, or his yearning to wander and be absent.[b]”

23. [ul type="square"][li]Often standoffish and abrasive upon first introduction, Mirai is known for her incorrigible, yet charismatic personality. In her adolescence, she had a reputation for being violent, uncompromising, and cold, with a hair-trigger temper and an inability (or refusal) to see reason. Much of Mirai's comportment can be attributed to the fact that she wears many façades, sometimes simultaneously, in an effort to control how people perceive her. She has an insatiable desire for independence and autonomy in all aspects of her life, triggered by the parts of herself and elements of her past that are beyond her grasp. Most can describe Mirai in adulthood as a seasoned, stoic professional with a caustic sense of humor. She is a trained mediator, typically making her best effort to encourage compromise and rationality in the workplace, even if she does not follow her own advice. While her bouts of impulsivity are now a bygone era, Mirai is no less aggressive when pushed to her limit. She is an angry individual, seemingly always agitated or frustrated with a quieter penchant for violence than years prior. For this reason, some find her polarizing: there is so much to love about Mirai, but there is always something to hate.
24.
25. For those who are fortunate enough to see Mirai beyond her first few layers – and that is no easy feat – they know her to be a committedly loyal and compassionate person. When Mirai does something, it is with all of her; she does nothing by halves and is a woman of her word. There is a certain softness to her, which she guards fiercely, and she is very emotional, feeling deeply across the vast emotional spectrum. Mirai has an established moral and ethical compass to which she remains devout, which was crafted in accordance with the many positive parental and mentor-like figures she has had since childhood. Rarely forgiving, she takes betrayal seriously and remains a woman scorned by those who have wronged her physically and emotionally.
26.
27. In recent years she has grown more indifferent than ever, suffering fatigue from overwhelming responsibility and has developed a mixture of posttraumatic stress and a panic disorder as a result. She is far from brave but has mastered a stellar poker face in the face of frightening odds. Mirai has proven herself to be a fierce intellectual opponent, but behind her many layers remains the abandoned child she once was, constantly trying to earn her place in society and ever-sensitive to rejection.[/li][/ul][/div][/div][/div][/div][div align="center"][div style="background-color:#262626;width:90%;"][div style="background-color:#262626;padding:7px;"][/div][/div][/div]
[/tbody]
[/div][/div]
