Personality: Serious and has no time for jokes, not because she lack a sense of humor. Simply because she doesn't have a good sense of humor, although she is capable of making a good joke once in a while accidentally. She is also very curious, especially with machines in general, whether weapons like guns or more peaceful devices. And also not afraid to speak her mind when someone does something she doesn't like, especially if it's against what she believes in. She also has Arsonphobia (fear of fire).

Appearance: Black hair that falls down to below her shoulders, light green eyes, slender frame, not thin but still good looking with her skin a bit tan. Wears a black T-shirt with the words I AM A MAN written in white and a white fist with yellow around it to indicate the sound effect of being hit, a pair of camouflage jeans and a pair of greyish blue laceless outdoor shoes. The palm of her hands show discoloration from second degree burns she got as a child.
Weapons: A 211-V Plasma Cutter. The jury rigged version from Dead Space 2 with the flashlight and the precision surgical cutter.

History: Kara was born in Montana but moved to Georgia by the age of five. Since the age of 8, she always had a fascination for nature, especially plants. She grew up happily, always preferring the outdoors than to be indoors. That was until one night in summer at the age of 12. A storm was in the vicinity and a stray lightning bolt hit her house, setting it on fire. Kara quickly tried to run outside, feeling more safe outdoors than in the burning house. She couldn't escape though, finding herself buried by the fiery wreckage of her home. Trapped alone in between the burning remains of her home left her scarred. She was rescued an hour later by firemen. She moved to Athens, living in a smaller home with her family. Her interest in machines and by extension, engineering happened at the age of 15. Passing by a local hardware store, she found a radio in perfectly good condition about to be thrown out. Wondering why anyone would throw something that still works away, she bought the radio, took it to her home and tested it. Not hearing anything, she opened up the radio and checked the speaker. After fixing it, she found herself wanting to do that again, sparking her interest in machines. By extension, this also made her interested in video games, mostly FPS of any kind. Although she also played a few RPGs, especially the Kingdom Hearts series. She graduated from high school and went to college, her major being Electronics with a minor on Engineering. By age 22, Kara was in her fourth year. One day, she was playing Dead Space: Extraction on her Wii like she always did. During the last level where you played as McNeill, Kara saw something that hasn't happened before. A silhouette of a person right after the Spider fight, cutting off McNeill's arm and dragging him away back inside. Surprised, she placed a hand on the TV screen and a flash of light came from the scree, dragging Kara in and the woman lost consciousness. When she regained consciousness, Kara looked around and was shocked. Understandable since she was now in Traverse Town.
