· HOW DO I INSTALL IT ?

How I do it:
First, extract the preset from the .rar file. You should now have two .ffx files. Next, go to: Local disk - Program Files - Adobe - Adobe After Effects - Support Files - Presets. Create a new folder for your presets if you don't have one, and paste the preset in. You can name the folder whatever you want. You should now be able to see the preset in the effects browser!

· I GET AN ERROR WHEN I TRY TO OPEN THE .FFX FILE

You must install the preset first in order to use it. You can't just open the .ffx files or import them, you'll get an error!

· DOES THIS WORK ON MAC ?

Yes, your operative system makes no difference as long as it can run After Effects.

· DOES THIS WORK ON [INSERT AFTER EFFECTS VERSION] ?

It works from CS6 and up, doesn't work on CS5 and older.

· I GET BLACK/WHITE/ETC BORDERS WHEN I SHAKE A CLIP

Increase the output width and height in the motion tile.

· DO I NEED ANY PLUGINS ?

Nope.

· I DIDN'T GET MY FILE AFTER BUYING IT, R U A SCAMMER???????

No I'm not a scammer, there are rare ocassions where sellfy just doesn't deliver the product for some reason :S

Check your "My purchases" tab on sellfy (top right corner), if the product isn't there, check your e-mail. If the product is still not there, comment the first and last letter of the paypal email you paid with (So I can confirm you really bought it) and I'll send the preset to that email ASAP. So, for the fastest response, your comment should look similar to this: Hi, I didn't get my file. Here's my email: e*********5@gmail.com

Sorry for the inconveniences if this happens, this is all I can do about it.

· I'M ON A MAC AND I CAN'T EXTRACT THE .RAR FILE?

I've been looking into it a lot and can't find a damn way to compress files and have it working on both mac and windows. But you can always use online .rar extractors which are very easy and simple to use, like this one: http://online.b1.org/online
