- Eighth Checkup: Recording... Start.
- *Click* Choler appears to be adjusting well to it's new life within it's containment cell. It shows no signs of emotional degradation or abnormal mental behaviors, aside from the occasional outbursts toward me when I approach. I assume this behavior is simply due to territorial behaviors, and not mental stress or other emotional problems.
- Onto the barkbeast, it appears to be doing very well, having fully recovered and the scabs over the body appearing to have completely healed. There have been no signs of any kind of health issues or abnormal behavior. The barkbeast remains loyal and craves my attention, as usual, which is a good sign for its mental health. With its health confirmed, I have moved on to estimates for the experimental variables. The estimated time for preservation without risk of accelerated decomposition with consideration to possible weather is 2 months and a week.
- With the estimates for both times for preservation now calculated, I have calculated the time to prepare for the experiment itself to be 6 weeks. I intend to start these preparations for the experiment once the subjects are terminated, which I have set for within 96 hours from the end of this recording. Within that time, all subjects will be properly taken care of and given proper care to ensure their health stays at its best.
- End of Report. Ending recording to start routine maintenance and analyses.
