>Spends her lunch break playing social games and reading the internet. By the time she realises she's spent three hours on her post-meal snack, it's dinner time.

>She decides "Today was no good so it can't be helped. I'm gonna drink and go to bed early so I can do my best tomorrow." and retreats with a positive attitude.
