1. #'''Oppose''' Let me first start off by saying that this is in no way meant to be a personal attack on you, I am not trying to hurt your feelings. The below contents is my blunt honest opinion of the prospect of you being an admin on this site.
2. #:Positives
3. #:*You've gotten much better at handling your temper to where that's not much of a concern to me anymore. Just try to make sure you keep it that way.
4. #:*You are much better at figuring out good faith from bad than you were before.
5. #:*I can see that you are trying to learn from your mistakes in the past, which is always a good thing.
6. #:Neutrals
7. #:*I do feel like you've gained more experience in conflict moderation, but I do not feel that it's enough. If you get caught as the only admin online at the time and a large conflict between multiple users occured, I feel that you would be overwhelmed. Also the examples given on this RfA are weak at best: In the example with crow, you point out his lack of good faith for Alex (whether or not it actually was a legitimately wrongful assuming of bad faith is, to my memory, a bit open ended, but that's besides the point), but then you never responded to him and let things play out from there. The same thing could have happened if you did nothing. The thing on this "Torey" talk page is you talking to him about NPA and 1RV, but they never responded...and while that's not really your fault, a dispute has to involve 2 or more people. Also your last comment on there "Happy?" could be taken as a snide remark, as if it were a significant inconveniece to you to have to compromise with them.
8. #:Negatives
9. #:*You can sometimes (probably unintentionally) come off condescending or even rude to some users, such as the aformentioned "Happy?" thing on Torey's talk page.
10. #:*Going through your talk page posts, I am noticing a lot of cases where it feels like you are telling people off to look better for an RfA, rather than actually attempting to help the user in question.
11. #:*I'm also noticing that you are using a lot of language that's best left to the staff. Stuff like "What do you think you are doing" or "Please explain yourself"
12. #:*I'm sorry but after your last RfA fell through, you moped around for weeks telling everyone that you "sold yourself short" and so on. Whining about stuff like that is unbecoming, and is definitely not what we are looking for in a staff member.
13. #:*I'm not going to let this go: Coming to me saying that I got you an oppose vote for telling you to leave off the issues with ac2k is extremely concerning. Never blame someone else for what you wrote.
14. #:*...Lately I feel that you only contribute and attempt to help others to become an admin, and for no other reason. You are looking at that aspect all backwards. It's like you live and breathe only to become an admin on here.
15. #:So here's the thing. I think it would be healthiest for you to start contributing as a normal user without any sort of goal of getting admin. I've gone through your contributions and have witnessed major issues with you first hand, and I think I can confidently say that you do not belong in the admin ranks. It would only be even more unhealthy for both the wiki and you. It's for this reason that I not only oppose this RfA, but I also highly discourage running another one anytime in the near future. ~~~~
