i think it's up to you. my recommendation is since the song wasn't originally from the game, so i'd rather leave it empty.

because it seems like the a of Agitato from the musical term is small letter

Since this https://osu.ppy.sh/s/518426 song is from synthesia, should i use synthesia as a source?

The source of the mp3 is from Synthesia so i guess the artists name shouldnt be there in this case

i mean, isn't this work of a person two hundred years ago lol? where did you grab the mp3?

and one more thing, source should definitely be empty. we only use it when it comes from an animation, video game, show or drama

seems you have made a typo on the tempo term? should be Presto agitato instead.
