- WBTB stands for "wake back to bed" and is a Lucid dreaming technique used to get instant results and are very vivid
- and easy to control due to the alertness gathered during the the wake phase
- >How does WBTB work ? (basic)
- WBTB involves waking up during a REM stage in which you're dreaming
- pausing the dream when you wake up and once awake doing something to keep your mind occupied but still tired
- allowing to be more conscious as you fall asleep resulting in an instant Lucid Dream
- >When are the REM cycles?
- each cycle happens every 90 minutes (1 hour 30 minutes) with the first being 10 minutes
- and the last being an hour (common cycle used for WBTB) the last cycle is around 6 hour of sleeping to get to the start of it
