The daughter of tow far eastern illegal immigrants who died in a mining accident, she was remanded to the custody of the state almost instantly.  The facility was almost more of a prison than a orphanage, and Kim's conditioning had been fairly effective but not completely.  Whomever purchased her would have a little work on their hands, she understood her purpose, the reason the place was filled with pretty girls of every stripe, slavery in every form existed here, but for pretty girls who were purchased from this facility it was understood that most likely they would end up in the sex trade.  Kim had been informed that she had been purchased, it possible for any free person to buy a girl here on line, after they turned thirteen. He turned back towards her, sliding the collar gently around her throat, watching her as he locked it shut. "You will find that I am very clean Sir," she advocating for her orphanage in a way, little legs dangling off the roof of the car, her little feet wrapped in those black sneakers.
