- [Muse Asia's thumbnail person knows what some of you want, and will give it to you.](https://i.imgur.com/Lrldnov.png) There. Happy?
- But first: I know what the rest of us want. With that, please form an orderly queue for [the Methode hugging booth.](https://i.imgur.com/c4zZt9Z.png) Frieren gets to go first, then Fern, then the other mages. Back of the line for you, lurker, go behind me.
- 1. Thus begins Übel's first chance to flex her chops a bit against [a perfect replica of herself](https://i.imgur.com/qKZtEZB.png). Well, "perfect" relative to the nature of this clone. But the fact that we get to see otherwise static panels move to the degree that they do in the anime is such a sight to behold. Not just for Little Miss Sukuna over here, but for Team Edel and Team Wirbel (the latter is an anime-original!) too. It's so easy to take the easy route here, but that's precisely why a growing number of people are recommending the anime more: the manga simply doesn't \*move* like this.
- 2. It also means we get to see one ship sail afterward. Not that it hasn't already sailed; more like [the winds have only blown stronger.](https://i.imgur.com/kSYcXXK.png)
- 3. Remember that guy from last episode who wanted to go solo because he had (initially well-founded) distrust? [Well he's TURBOFUCKED himself over now.](https://i.imgur.com/OWQp9Wz.png) Mans not him. He can't solo this dungeon, much less [her](https://i.imgur.com/mHyz5bv.png).
- 4. The only real critique I can level is the [color of the clones.](https://i.imgur.com/1jFnPEw.png) They blend in with the background's coloring and makes them harder to "see" if you know what I mean. If they were textured more like ivory or marble or porcelain, it'd look more readable and be treated as more like the programmed automatons/magic AI that they are rather than a mud golem-y thing.
- 5. Speaking of golems: the [guardians-in-a-bottle](https://i.imgur.com/rt28mNZ.png) are apparently inflatable. Neat.
- 6. Overall, what a stellar episode. This team continues to make a case for itself as one of the best in the business, taking a great read into a truly enriched audiovisual experience. Remember where you stood/sat when you fist watched this anime.
- 25 = 52-53 (we're currently here)
- 26 = 54-55
- 27 = 56-58
- 28 = 59-60
- As I see it, the perfect endpoint for this adaptation is [Chapter 60], >!as that's the one with a very explicit "goodbye" structure.!< Would my estimates above work for the last three episodes?
- I'm charging one US dollar for every Cleave or Dismantle or any Sukuna-related joke that shall be made in this thread. What? It's a fair trade, you have to admit.
