Bashir, or Psych, is from a nation known as [Zandia](https://imgur.com/a/2RYEJXc). Psych works as an information broker, he uses his powers to gain information from the minds of people, then blackmails them. He is a conduit of the Sage Force (Basically the Speed Force except its all about "mind" rather than speed or motion). He joins Barry Allen on a mission to find out more about the other cosmic forces of existence. Hover over a link to find its source.
