License Grant
You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software for internal purposes only, within Unreal Engine projects you own or develop.

Restrictions
You may not:

Modify, reverse-engineer, or decompile the Software;
Redistribute, sublicense, rent, or lease the Software;
Share the Software with any third party.

Ownership
The Software is licensed, not sold. All rights, title, and interest remain with Crave Studios (Extx).

Termination
This license is effective until terminated. Violation of any terms will result in automatic termination.
